South Mountain Photos respects your privacy. The information you provide to us will NEVER be sold or shared with any third party except in the process of shipping your order and collecting payment

Satisfaction Guarantee

If your photo is damaged in shipment we will replace it at no cost to you when you notify us of the loss within ten (10) days of receipt.

South Mountain Photos will provide an authorization number for return of your photo. Return the damaged photo along with the original packing. No returns will be honored without an authorized return number.

Your cost of shipping the damaged photo back to South Mountain Photos will be returned to you and a new replacement photo will be shipped at our cost.

If you decide you do not like the photo, just return the photo with an explanation of the reason for return within 30 days via insured carrier and the original cost of the photo (minus S&H) will be promptly refunded to you on receipt of the undamaged photo.
